RPM in Spain by niche
RPM measures euros per 1,000 monetized views, not per raw view: views with blockers, with no ads available, or outside inventory do not count. This guideline table summarizes usual ranges in Spain:
| Niche | Guideline RPM | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Finance and business | 4 to 8 € | Advertisers bidding high for expensive clients |
| Technology and software | 2 to 4 € | Good demand with medium competition |
| Education | 2 to 3.50 € | High retention on long videos |
| Vlogs and lifestyle | 1 to 2.50 € | Broad audience with diffuse intent |
| Gaming | 1 to 2 € | Heavy inventory with low bids |
| Music | 0.80 to 1.50 € | Short sessions with frequent skips |
| Shorts | 0.05 to 0.15 € | Shared pool split across creators |
What moves the payment
Four factors decide where in the range each channel lands:
- Viewer country: Spain pays more than most of Latin America for the same view.
- Length and retention: videos of 8 minutes plus with high retention carry more ads.
- Format: long video monetizes per view far above Shorts.
- Season: the last quarter pays more for the same audience than summer.
From views to payout: a phased plan
Each pack pushes a different metric toward Partner Program thresholds. Buy only the stage you are at: views to give visible traction to a specific video, subscribers to give the channel a base, and hours to support long videos that already retain. None of them earns revenue alone or replaces the manual YouTube review.
